Quinoa Flour is creamy-white in colour and slightly coarser than regular flour. Milled from white quinoa seeds, it is a great alternative to regular flour as it is naturally gluten and wheat-free. In conventional baking, quinoa flour is a high protein alternative to wheat flour and a small amount (around 20%) can easily be substituted to supply additional nutrients without the need to alter the recipe.
