For Australian customers, all products will be shipped via Sendle and a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has left our warehouse. It’s important to note that Sendle couriers will kindly request a signature upon delivery for added security.

Shipping within Sri Lanka
We are pleased to offer shipping services to Sri Lanka, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 4-6 weeks from the departure of your goods from the Port of Melbourne. To ensure a smooth process, kindly allow 5-10 business days for order processing and packing. We will promptly notify you once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and entrusted to our shipping agency.
Upon reaching Sri Lanka, your order will be delivered to your specified address by a reliable courier service. All orders are shipped via sea freight, directly to our export agency’s warehouse.
Upon arrival at the Port of Colombo, a courier service agent will take charge of your order’s delivery to your designated address. The courier agent will provide you with a receipt that itemizes any applicable tax costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duty taxes incurred. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind on purchases.
In the unlikely circumstance that your goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee as stipulated by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (eg. they are damaged), please email info@cornerstonefinefoods.com with proof of the damaged item(s) (ie. photographs) within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Once assessed to warrant a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer legislation, we will refund you 100% for the damaged product (exclusive of postage) once the product is returned to us. Refunds are made at the discretion of Cornerstone Fine Foods. Refunds will be provided via the same payment method made for the order. Refunds will take up to 5 business days depending on the banking institution.
Cornerstone Fine Foods is not responsible for goods that are not received or lost in transit. A tracking number will be provided by Cornerstone Fine Foods when the courier company has collected the item. Lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly.
